Going to the beach is a lot of fun, and you and your baby can spend a great day together. However, there are many things that you need to watch out for before exposing your child to this new environment.

Sunscreen
Although there are many types of sunscreen for babies on the market, you have to know that most of pediatricians do not recommend any of them until the baby is at least 6 months old. The sensitive skin of a baby should not get in contact with all the substances that you can usually find in this kind of products.
With this being said, if your baby is less than 6 months old, you have to keep him away from the sun as much as possible. If he is older than this, you need to have in your diaper bag a special sunscreen for babies with high SPF and natural ingredients.
A fun sun hat
You need to protect your baby’s head from the sun, even if you will only stay at the beach in the morning or in the evening.
Get a sun hat that is not only fun, but also wide enough to protect your baby’s face and head. Make sure it is made from light materials that will not make your baby feel too hot from the sun.
A designer diaper bag
Well, why don’t you get something that is not only a necessity but also looks great?
A designer diaper bag is a must have at the beach, and it should contain not only diapers, but also a changing mat, wet napkins, diaper lotion, some clean clothes for your baby (just in case) and bottles of formula if you are not breastfeeding.
Water diapers
